Empty yourself.

Slowly
pour,
exhale,
and release
the stores
of emotion
written
in the ways
you carry
life's lessons.

You're holding
so much more
than a mirror
will show you.

Call,
to your soul.

Ask,
to be shown
the drain,
through which
you may empty
yourself.
