We will refund 100% of our digital product price less any associated payment and transaction fees within 3 days of original purchase provided that the following conditions are met:

• In order to be eligible for a refund, digital products must have been originally purchased from BrianMueller.com. These include eBooks published in PDF and ePub formats exclusively. Printed or digital copies of our books sold by other sources (retailers, wholesalers, distributors) are subject to third-party return policies.

• We reserve the right to refuse return of all digital products, which are purchased and are downloadable, such as eBooks. To request a refund, the customer will be required to supply their order and online access code information to Customer Service.
