Enjoy the Silence

Enjoy the Silence

...for the greater good it brings.

I hope you can hear
the humility in my words.

I've often confused action
with doing something;
moments when the greater force
would've been my stillness.

If I can offer some advice
to myself and anyone listening,
it would be:

There are times
to do absolutely nothing
until the act of doing merges
with the reason for your being.
Then you know profoundly
what must be done.

The near stillness recalls what is forgotten,
extinct angels.
