A Morning Prayer

Speak to me
so I may hear your voice.

Touch me
so I may feel your warmth.

Breathe life into me
so I may grow.

Love me
so I may learn to love.

Come closer
so I may see by your light.

Si enim comprehendis, non est Deus. ~ If you can comprehend it, it isn’t God.
