Lodestone
It's magnetic!
Love is a lodestone.
It holds the infinite weight
of our overwhelming awe
as we awaken to our lives.
Then it draws us together,
pulling us back into our being,
while we struggle and strain
against those chaotic forces
pushing us toward oblivion.
Blue oblivion,
largely lit,
smiled and smiled at me.
