Go out and Play

Go out and Play

(you know you want to)

There's too much to do,
yet so little asking to be done.

Most work
is just busy work,
the Christian way
of keeping demons
safely at bay.

Try to think slow,
and of all those things
you can so easily let go.

Ask your soul
what to do today,
and it will likely say,
Go out and play!

Idle hands are the devil’s workshop;
idle lips are his mouthpiece.
~ Proverbs 16:27
