Around the Bend
...you must go...
Look both ways.
Your life is a road
moving in many directions.
Mother Earth bends,
twists, turns, and wrinkles
the path as you travel.
The wind will blow you
back and forth until
you're completely unsure
which way to go.
But do keep going.
There's something to your life
contained in the movement
and in the unforeseen potential
to collide spectacularly with
the sole purpose of your soul.
Service to others will help you become deaf to a voice
inside of you that does not believe in happiness...
