Morning Person

By dawn,
after a restless night with little sleep,
my resignation is at a low point.

Then I begin to feel hope rising
like the light in the East.

Though I don’t know
what this new day will bring,
I’ll get through it hoping
for a better night’s sleep.

If it’s your job to eat a frog, it’s best to do it first thing in the morning. And If it’s your job to eat two frogs, it’s best to eat the biggest one first.
Mark Twain
Think in the morning. Act in the noon. Eat in the evening. Sleep in the night.
William Blake
