Nature
Nature
A place of communion.
At odd hours
and in unfamiliar places
I find myself in communion
with God.
Life calls me beyond
where I think is my home,
then I find my real home
in a new way of being.
My mind cannot convince
mine eyes to see the glory
of the coming of the Lord,
where there is not also
a thinness to my knowing
and a stillness to my being
bringing me back
into the world of nature.
